WHAT THE RESEARCH SAYS
Research supports the Rollaxer’s unique system allowing for progressions and regressions. Use the smaller rolls and the Rollaxer ball for higher intensities while getting quicker results. On other more sensitive areas, use the larger more forgiving rolls for longer periods achieving the same amazing results.

Hou et al. 2002
Research also supports using the Rollaxer at as a home self-care program which will effectively reduce neck and back trigger point pain.
